(NEW) Online Training – Skills for Enhancing Gratitude and Lasting Well-Being

November 3 Login to Zoom 12:30pm ; Training 12:45pm-4:00pm (EST) $109, 3 CEUs Presenter: Jonah Paquette, PsyD Zoom, MD + Google Map

All of us wish to be happy, and yet genuine happiness can feel harder and harder to come by these days. Worse yet, many prescriptions for happiness can ring hollow, encouraging us to “just think happy” or “look on the bright side.” But genuine, meaningful well-being remains a worthwhile pursuit and can lead to improved mental health, stronger relationships, improved physical health, and much more.

In this workshop, you’ll learn about a range of principles that can lastingly improve our psychological well-being and emotional fitness. Concepts like gratitude, awe, social connection, and others will be brought to life in a practical and tangible way.

Registration for each workshop closes one day before the workshop date.

If you want to sign up for this course and missed the registration deadline, please don’t worry. You can still contact Gerri Baum at gerrib@theferentzinstitute.com or call 410-409-7061 to inquire about joining the class. We will do our best to accommodate you. We appreciate your interest in our workshops and look forward to seeing you soon!
