Erin Nes, LCMFT is a psychotherapist and spiritual embodiment coach dedicated to helping women tap into their innate capacity to heal, grow and thrive. Erin offers a multidimensional, trauma-informed approach to healing that integrates the body, mind and spirit as a conduit for deep transformation.
Her extensive training over the past twelve years in attachment theory, somatic and energetic healing, meditation and mindfulness, expressive arts, and most recently, Gestalt Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy, inform her embodied, compassionate approach to therapeutic work with women and couples.
Erin’s own spiritual journey has also shaped her passion for creating community, coaching programs, and embodied spiritual dance classes to support women as they unlock the power of their intuition, body wisdom and unique gifts they bring to the world.
Erin also supports healers as they deepen into their own spiritual path and live in embodied, joyful service.
