Gerri is one of the first people you’ll reach when you contact The Ferentz Institute. She has more than 30 years of experience in marketing and communications, and is highly skilled in digital marketing and all aspects of social media. Since 2012, Gerri has been an essential part of the Ferentz Institute, assisting with marketing and communications, managing registrations for trainings and continually updating the website. Gerri serves as the primary point of contact for participants and Faculty, providing support with registration, CEU tracking, correspondence, and answering inquiries. Gerri is also responsible for formatting and publishing the Institute's twice monthly newsletter.
