Jessica LeTourneau, LCPC, MA, is a Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years of clinical experience specializing in trauma treatment for firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, dispatchers, and military personnel. She is the Owner and Clinical Director of New Perspectives, LLC, a multi-location group practice in Maryland, where she leads a team of 30 licensed clinicians and provides advanced clinical supervision, consultation, and direct care to emergency service professionals.
Jessica’s career spans inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment programs, Veterans Affairs intensive outpatient services, domestic violence and sexual assault programs, in-home behavioral intervention, managed care utilization review, and outpatient clinical settings. This breadth of experience gives her a systems-level understanding of trauma care across the continuum—from acute crisis to long-term recovery.
