Kory Andreas, LCSW-C, is a Clinical Social Worker, Autism Specialist, and late-diagnosed Autistic adult who works exclusively with Neurodivergent adults and couples. After two decades as a School Social Worker and now in private practice, she offers diagnostic assessments and therapy grounded in the lived experience and “practice-based evidence” of late diagnosed Autistic adults.
Her trainings dive into the messy, often-overlooked realities of high-masking Autism, especially in women and gender-diverse adults who are frequently misunderstood or missed entirely. She challenges professionals to move beyond outdated stereotypes and dig deeper into their clinical observations using a more accurate, affirming lens.
Kory is known for her engaging, relatable teaching style, blending humor, research, and real-life stories to make complex topics feel accessible and human. Her goal is to help clinicians better support their Neurodivergent clients, and help late-diagnosed Autistic adults feel less alone.
When she’s not speaking or working with clients, Kory’s special interests include Autism (obviously), pizza-making, and turning everyday chaos into something useful, funny, or both.
