Going through the Level I and II trauma training has given me a wide array of skills to use in clinical practice that all stem from a strengths-based model. I love the questions to ask Supervisees on what they will find helpful out of supervision, being better at focusing on my own self-care prior, during, and after supervision, and exercising Supervision as a ritual.
