Workshop Description:

In this experiential interactive workshop we’ll learn and practice easy-to-use tools to support autonomic nervous system regulation and self-mastery. Our focus will be on utilizing bottom-up, somatic-creative, tools to access the wisdom of the body and felt sensation, then we’ll add cognitive tools to bring the learning into the brain to support and anchor healthier and happier ways of being - The key to happiness is indeed most easily found within us!

The tools introduced in this workshop are designed to help clients better understand their emotional activation patterns and to support them to make healthier choices when they are activated. All of the tools can be used effectively during a therapy session and at home and are specifically designed from a trauma-informed care perspective. All of the tools can be adapted to different settings, ages, and client populations.
